Q1: Is booking required for DIY? Can we walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but for busy times like weekends, booking ahead is recommended. If you book without paying, your spot may go to someone who has paid.
You can choose your DIY project in-store, but phone case DIY requires booking to ensure we have the right case for you.
Q2: I'm not sure which DIY project to do. What should I do?
No problem! You can choose your DIY project in-store. Our staff will guide you through the options, and you're free to change your mind.
We recommend paying for your chosen DIY project online in advance—you can still change your mind when you arrive. Just let the staff know!
Q3: What if I want to change my booking?
You can change your booking by email, text message, or phone. Our office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, so we recommend contacting us during business hours to ensure your spot is updated. After changing your booking, we will send a confirmation email.
If you make changes in-store, there won’t be a confirmation email.
Q4: What if I’m late or want to come earlier?
We’re flexible with booking times, but if you’ll be more than 20 minutes late, please contact the store you’re visiting.
